Uniz Slash 2: simplicity and reliability

The SLASH 2 represents the latest generation of machines developed by Uniz. It is based on all the innovations that made the success of previous generations, especially in terms of speed and ease of printing. The SLASH 2 manages to go even further in terms of resolution since it now reaches an accuracy of 49.8 microns on the XY axis. It is thus aimed at users who need a higher resolution (dentistry, jewelry, industry).

Ultra-fast 3D resin printing with cUDP LCD technology

Its 8.9″ Ultra High Resolution 4K LCD screen is matched with a high-density UV LED panel ensuring uniform exposure across the entire print area. Uniz has designed this machine for the most demanding applications with a double-skinned resin tank that can achieve up to 1,000 hours of printing.

Complete and intuitive software suite

The SLASH 2 is an intuitive and easy-to-use 3D printer. It offers automatic calibration and automated resin level control. The slicer developed by the brand (Uniz Software Suite) is easy to learn for beginners while offering many advanced features that will delight the most experienced users. In addition to the usual controls (media generation, control of multiple printers simultaneously, printing in the cloud), the SLASH 2 allows users to choose the resolution of the Z axis at different layers. This feature is particularly useful to accelerate the printing of smaller parts of the object while keeping a maximum precision (10 microns in this case) and an optimal surface quality on the most important layers. 

Also, note that a free mobile app is available on Android and iOS. App UniZ allows you to download your templates directly from the cloud and control the printing process from your phone (including starting and stopping printing). It is even possible to take pictures in real-time.
